If an agent from another company or a person searching the public web site enters the search criterion that meets a certain property, that person has downloaded information about the property and an appointment can be scheduled to show that property.

Signs: One of the most common and most effective marketing techniques is the For Sale Sign. NBC will place the appropriate sign on your property to achieve maximum visibility.

Newspaper Advertising: Properly placed newspaper advertising is critical to the sale of real estate. NBC runs its property advertisements in The Morgan County Citizen. In addition, we run ads in Greene, Putnam, Jasper, Walton, Oconee, Clarke, and Gwinnett County papers, depending on the location of the property.
