Signs: One of the most common and most effective marketing techniques is the For Sale Sign. NBC will place a large 4x6 wooden sign on your property to achieve maximum visibility.

Newspaper Advertising: Properly placed newspaper advertising is critical to the sale of real estate. NBC runs its property advertisements in The Morgan County Citizen. In addition, we run ads in Greene, Putnam, Jasper, Walton, Oconee, Clarke, and Gwinnett County papers, as well as the Atlanta Journal and Constitution. The probability that your property will be sold to someone outside of Morgan County means that we must focus our effort elsewhere. Therefore, we will utilize out of state advertising to market your property.

Homes and Land: This bi-monthly magazine is vital to the sale of real estate in Morgan County. The magazine supplies information about our listing to people in all surrounding counties. It is a popular way for potential buyers to see our listings.

The Multiple Listing Service is a system by which real estate offices over a thirty-six plus county area can communicate with each other. This Internet based system allows each individual company to upload information about each of its properties to the Internet database. If an agent from another company or a person searching the public web site enters the search criterion that meets a certain property, that person has downloaded information about the property and an appointment can be scheduled to show that property.
